Polishing machines
Polishing / buffing machines are used for polishing / rubbing lye, stain, oil and lacquer on flat workpieces such as wooden floors, worktops, (acoustic) wall panels, furniture, et cetera.
Depending on the coating, lye, stain, oil or ((UV) lacquer, different polishing techniques can be used, such as pads and brushes. Because coatings can be applied in different viscosity, all pads and brushes are adjustable in direction of rotation and adjustable in speed. The height adjustment according to thickness of the workpiece is also easy to read. Both the pads and the brushes are available in different hardnesses and designs such as nylon, felt, coconut, Tampico, horsehair etc. Different lengths, widths and designs of the machines are available.
All machines are designed for an industrial use, hence the very robust design. The machine frame, built from a highly welded framework, ensures a vibration-free and high-quality machine construction which guarantees a year-long reliability.
